Organizations are living systems.

Organizations are living systems, constantly shaped by the conversations we have. Sense-making among individuals and groups is continuous, and transformational change is emergent; it can’t be neatly planned or phased. Attempts to predict the future or create a fixed vision of success often lead to frustration and disappointment. Instead, we need to make space for the unknown, the unfolding, and the possibilities that emerge.
