The Change Mindset
Leading change is a mindset as much as a skillset.
As our world grows more uncertain and ambiguous, our ability as leaders to iterate, learn, grow, and make space for what’s emerging becomes increasingly critical. Yet, this approach contrasts sharply with traditional leadership teachings on managing change. The change mindset is one that puts in inquiry, possibility, connection and discovery at the heart of the transformation process.
