Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is simple: Change happens one conversation at a time.
Leading change is one of the toughest challenges any leader faces. It’s time-consuming and unpredictable, often met with resistance, resentment and a spectrum of emotions. When it comes to supporting yourself and others through change, these challenges only multiply.
Most organizations approach change in a linear way, rolling out steps or phases that are expected to be followed strictly. Leaders are often handed toolkits, resource lists, and PowerPoint decks, then left to figure out what it all means. This approach set leaders up for repeated failure. Why? Because change isn’t linear and it cannot be lead by reading a tool kit or PowerPoint deck.

Our existing paradigms and mindsets about leading change need to change. We need to shift from management to leadership, process to people, linear to emergent and goal oriented to continuous. Then, and only then, will leaders be able to shift from survive to thrive in today's complex and ambiguous world of work and leadership.
At Wobble, our approach is anchored in connection, conversation and belonging. We believe that transformational change starts with a leaders mindset and the conversations they are willing to have with themselves and their team. Using evidence-based approaches, best practices, and psychological research, we partner with leaders to guide them through the complexities of people change, one conversation at a time.
Designing for Positive Change
Our approach is shaped and designed by three interconnected factors: Change & the Brain, Organizations as living systems and the change mindset. By acknowledging and building with these in mind, we create powerful, sustainable and impactful solutions for all leaders.

Change & the Brain
We are biologically wired to resist change. Yet, change happens to us all the time. What does this mean for how we lead change?

Organizations are Living Systems
Organizations are living systems, constantly shaped by the conversations we have. What are the impacts on how leaders plan for and leading change?

The Change Mindset
Our change mindset shapes how we support ourselves and our teams through change.
